What the Sustainable Giving Accelerator Includes
The Accelerator is structured into two parts: a deep-dive assessment across 10 areas, resulting in a two-year roadmap, followed by six months of implementation advisory work as we walk alongside you to foster sustainable giving.
Part 1: Deep Dive & Roadmap
Kickoff, onboarding, 10-point assessment, stakeholder interviews, current strategies review, samples review, secret donor journey, program trend analysis, team strengths alignment, Avid reporting suite (3 mos free), and 1-day sustainable giving retreat, and a sustainable giving roadmap and recommendations.
Part 2: Growth Advisory
Ongoing advisory to grow sustainable giving and implement the roadmap, including twice-monthly calls, ongoing review of strategies and creative, coaching the team, objective feedback, outside perspective, best practices, and ad hoc meetings as requested (remote).
